ITALIANO 1 Cara Anna, grazie per aver accetato di essere intervistata da SOH, da dove arrivi?  Ciao Roby, graziie per il tuo invito :) io vengo dalla Russia, precisamente da Ekateinburg, situata nel centro della Russia.   2.Perchè e quando hai cominciato ad esporre cani? Qual'è stato il primo? Parlaci di lui/lei..  Beh, ho cominciato ad esporre cani 4 anni fa. Il mio primo cane da esposizione fù "Adam" un amstaff. Era dolce con una grande fisicità e carattere. Ora si sta godendo la vita fuori dalle esposizioni visto che ha vinto tutto ciò che poteva :) ed ora ha 4 anni. Lo esposi una volta ad una piccola nazionale dove il suo handler non poteva venire. Così vincemmo il BOB e il raggruppamento... e più tardi il 4° posto al BEST IN SHOW. Così ora mi diverto ad esporre e ho deciso di provare a diventare sempre più professionista e di imparare anche tutto sul Junior Handling.

3.Quanti cani vivono con te? Sei una allevatrice?

Non sono ancora allevatrice ma spero di esserlo presto. Al momento ho a casa 2 amstaff, 2 lhasa apsos e uno zwergschnauzer che stanno facendo carriera.

4. Quando hai cominciato a competere nel Jr. Handling e chi ti ha insegnato come esporre i cani?

Ho cominciato a partecipare alle competizioni di JH esattamente quando ho iniziato ad esporre cani. Le prime volte mi buttavano sempre fuori - non conoscevo le regole dello JH. Ma in 4/5 mesi osservai gli handlers mentre lavoravano nel ring e ho avuto così il migliore degli insegnamenti. E' così che ho imparato ad esporre cani.

5.Quali razze epsoni più spesso? Quali preferisci esporre/toelettare e perchè?

Espongo molte razze ma posso dire che le mi preferite sono lhasa apso, tutti i tipi di schnauzer, cocker americani, setter irlandesi, shiba, bearded collie, husky e australiani.

6.Quale razza secondo te è la più difficile da epsorre e perchè?

Secondo me le razze più difficili sono quelle grandi - come i mastini o i pastori tedeschi. Sono più lenti ma molto forti! Qualche volta è veramente difficile fermarli in movimento.

7.Hai esperienze come toelettatrice?

Avendo razze a pelo lungo ho ovviamente esperienza con la toelettatura.

8.Hai mai lavorato come assitente di qualche Professional H. in passato?

Ancora no. In Russia il lavoro di "assistant handler" non è in uso.

9.Come addestri un cane ad una esposizione?

Oh è una cosa molto lunga da spiegare. Prima faccio delle lunghe passeggiate con i cani e faccio di tutto per far piacere loro il ring e la vita del cane da esposizione. Li addestro in posti speciali dove posso piazzarli e muoverli bene ecc.

10.In quale nazione hai riscontrato il miglior livello organizzativo di una esposizione?

 Hmm... è una domanda abbastanza difficile. Ogni esposizione ha i suoi punti forti e i suoi punti deboli. Ma ad ogni esposizione mi diverto molto. Se dovessi indicare i miei preferiti quindi indicherei gli shows scandinavi, specialmente il Finnish e il Nordic Winner e l'Eurasia in Russia.

11.In quale nazionle hai trovato il livello più alto nel Jr Handling e nel livello della qualità dei cani?

In ogni nazione il livello del JH è alto, in ogni nazione c'è qualcosa di diverso. Il paese dove il JH è al top è ancora l'America e se la cavano alla grande anche con la toelettatura! ma non posso dire nulla sulla qualità dei cani perché in nessuna razza c'è un "proprio preferito": diverse nazioni - diverse preferenze :)

12.Qual'è la vittoria che ricordi come la migliore nella tua carriera di JH e quale come PH? Ricordo tutte le mie vittorie nel JH e nel ring di razza - ognuna significa per me moltissimo e non potrei indicarne una preferita!!!   13.Chi è il più grande campione che tu abbia mai esposto? haha! beeeeneee... ho esposto vari grandi campioni - alcuni nel JH e altri nei ring di razza, per esempio Farao Anubis Nemesis Divina (il pharaoh hound), lo schnauzer gigante nero Gently Born Slava... e altri ancora. Ma per me, il più grande campione è il mio Lhasa Apso BIS Ch. JRusCh, JFinW-09 Chic Choix Elite Chic, anche se è ancora giovane ha vinto già moltissimo (10xBISp and 5 BISJ-1, BOG and BIS Ch a solo un anno di età!)

14.In quali di queste esposizioni sogni di vincere il the Best in Show: Eukanuba World Challenge, Westmister, Cruft's o Mondiale?

 ahahah - non perdo il mio tempo sognando. Mi preoccupo solo di prendermi il tempo che mi serve - Non sogno di vincere, ho già cominciato il mio duro lavoro con i cani per portarli alla migliore performance necessaria per vincere il BIS ad uno degli eventi che hai nominato. :D

15.Come ti vedi nel futuro?

Prima di tutto andrò all'università delle relazioni economiche internazionali e poi vedrò cosa accadrà. L'unica cosa di cui sono sicura è che continuerò il mio lavoro con i cani e le esposizioni e cercherò di fare del mio meglio come allevatrice ;)

1.Dear Anna, thanks for accepting interview with SOH; which country are you coming from?

 Hi Roby, thanks for your suggestion :) im coming from Russia, from Ekaterinburg city, which is situated in the middle of Russia.

2.Why and when you started to show dogs? Which was your first show dog? Tell us something about him/her.

 Oh well, i started showing dogs about 4 years ago. My first showdog was 'Adam' the american staffordshire terrier. He is the lovely dog with the great outline and temperament to die for. Now he is enjoying his doggy-life without the shows, as he took as much as he could :) he is 4 years old now.

I started showing him once at the small national show - as the handler whom we asked to show couldnt come. So we did win BOB , BOG-1 and later on 4th in BIS. So I actually liked showing and decided to improve to become more and more professional and to learn juniorshowmanship skills.

3.At this moment how many dogs lives with you? Are you a breeder?

Not yet the breeder but still im planning to be in the future. For now im having 2 american staffordshires at home, two lhasa apsos and one mini shchnauzer which do their show career more than successfully

4.When did you start Jr Handling competitions and who learned you the right way to show dogs?

I started to compete in Juniors exactly when i started showing dogs. First times i was always out - i didnt know the rules of JH competitions. But during 4-5 months i was looking at handlers' work in the ring and tried my best then training. So this is the way i learnt the way of handling :)

5.Which breeds do you handle in shows mostly? Which breeds do you like showing/grooming most and why?

 I handle many breeds at the shows mostly. But I can say my favourite breeds to handle

- these are lhasa apso, all kinds of schnauzers, american cocker spaniel, irish setter, shiba, bearded collie, husky and aussies.

6.Which breed to your opinion is the most difficult to show or train and why?

In my opinion the most difficult breeds to handler are big ones - alike mastiffs or german shepherd. They are kind of slowly but still very strong dogs! And sometimes it is really difficult to stop the dog's movements! :D

7.Do you also have grooming experience?

As i have hairy breeds at home, i do have experience of grooming and trimming :)

8.Did you work with some Professional Handler as assistant in the past?

Nope, not yet actually. In Russia this kind of working 'handler and assistant' is not that used.

9.How do you train a dog for the showring?

Oh thats the long way to expalain here. The first this i always do is giving the good long walk for the dogs, and i make everything to make them enjoying their show-life.

Also I traing them in the special place how to stack well how to move well etc.

10.In which Country do you think there is the highest organization quality?

 Hmm...that could be quite difficult question. Each show has its own advantages and disadvantages. But at every show i have much fun so they are all good for me. But if to put here my favourites, then - Scandinavian countries' shows, especially Finnish&Nordic winner and Eurasia show in Russia.

11.In which Country you found the strongest competition level on Jr Handling and on dog's quality?

In each country JH level is high, and in each country it is a lil specific. My favourite country of JH is still the US, and their grooming is adorable as well! But i cannot say anything about dog's quality, bacause in any breed there is its 'own favourite' so in different countries - different favourites. :)

12.Which victory do you remember as the best of all your career as Jr Handler and which as Pro Handler?

I remember all my winnings in JH and in the breed rings - each of them means very much for me so i cannot say which one is the favourite!!!

13.Who is the greatest champion you ever showed?

haha! weeell...i have shown some great champions - some in jh or some in breed rings, for example Farao Anubis Nemesis Divina (the Pharaoh Hound), The Giant Scnauzer black

-  Gently Born Slava...and so on. But for me, my greatest champion is my own Lhasa - Apso BISCh, JRusCh, JFinW-09 Chic Choix Elite Chic, even he is young yet, but he won a lot already (10xBISp and 5 BISJ-1, BOG and BIS Ch to the age of the 1 year old!)

14.In which of these shows you most frequently dream to win the Best in Show award:

Eukanuba World Challenge, Westmister, Cruft's or World Dog Show?

 ahahah - i dont spend my time on dreaming. Im just taking my time - I dont dream to win, I've already started my hard work on training the dogs for the top performance to win BIS award at one of the shows you mentioned :D

15.How do you see youself in the future?

Firstly, Im going to gradue the university of International economy relations and later we'll see what is going to happen. But the only thing Im sure about - I'll keep on my work with the dogs at the shows and will try my best in breeding as well ;)
